"We have 8 cars insured with them for a good 6 years if not more, unfortunately thier customer service has changed , They tell you we will call you back and they never do unless you call back and have to explain the whole thing again to another person!!! MY ISSUE WITH THEM I've agreed on one person for my monthly and got charged way much more than what I was told my monthly should be ! When call many times to get a explanation they tell you we will have to call the billing department and will call you back , never got that call back. It's been one week already."
