As a Representative on our team, your knowledge of Auto and Homeowners insurance products equips you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. - Manage customer insurance accounts and update information.
- Assist customers with policy changes, applications and renewals.
- Provide information on insurance products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience with State Farm Insurance or related Auto Insurance Company preferred.
- Illinois Property and Casualty Insurance License is Required.
- No Weekends or Evenings!
Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
